We provide a full spectrum of technical support REMOTE & onsite.
Once a ticket has been lodged with us, our technicians will try and solve it using remote support software which allows us to control your computer from within our office. This Remote support can happen in as soon as 20 minutes of a ticket being lodged. In most cases that is enough but in some cases a fault cannot be rectified remotely – in which case one of our technician will visit your business premises within 2 hours (for SLA clients) or under 3 hours for most clients and resolve the issue.
